An engagement photoshoot... for myself?

When I got engaged, I knew I wanted some lovely photos done to remember this special era of life! However, after searching through Paris photographers, I thought to myself... why not just give it a go myself, and see what happens?

I dragged my fiance out of bed early one morning, and we headed down to Place des Vosges (one of my favourite quiet shoot locations, by the way!). With a tripod and a phone timer, I brought my dream engagement photos to life. You can explore a few of my favourite shots from the session below!

Sunlit park scene: a woman in a white dress leans by a lamppost, looking at a blurred man in foreground near a fountain.
Close-up of a hand with a ring resting on a white button-up shirt and sheer fabric in warm golden light.
Blurred couple holding hands outdoors in warm golden sunlight, woman in white dress and man in white shirt and tan pants
Close-up of two hands clasped together, one wearing a gold ring, against soft white fabric in warm golden light.
Black-and-white close-up of a couple in white clothing, embracing outdoors, with the woman touching the man's face affectionately
Smiling couple in white outfits walks hand in hand on a sunlit street at golden hour, with a scooter and fence behind them.
